Singapore Shopping Street, Nanjing

Location
The project block is featured South-east Asia style and tropical urban oasis with beautiful scenery. Located in Jiangxinzhou Island, adjacent to the wetland park, and surrounded by high-rise blocks, Singapore Shopping Street will truly present the natural beauty of South-east Asia with rich cultural heritage and natural landscape.

Concept
By further research on the site, designers intend to make Singapore Shopping Street a high-quality entertainment shopping district fitting for multi-level consumers, respecting Nanjing’s history and culture and exploring exotic shopping experience. Designers will give full consideration to the west side of the wetland landscape, urban space and building façades to fully integrate the project into the urban environment.

Function
Singapore Shopping Street comprised three major parts including shopping street, commercial complex and boutique hotel. Apart from 
the buildings, the landscape will play a significant role, marring with the fabulous landscape as unique development, especially when 
people strolling in the beautiful modern tropical landscapes, buildings, shopping street, shopping malls and the wonderful boutique hotel, 
etc. With an important part of landscape being vertical gardens, guests can feel at ease with nature in the different levels. Meanwhile the 
scenery can be enjoyed at the roof terraces, which allow the guests to experience the beauty of the natural environment.
