Planning

The master plan is emphasized on the concept that life is equal to vacation. Designers integrate the existing resources into the aquatic environments with the philosophy of embedded landscape to make the natural landscape extend to the living area. The development with 4-storey villas and 5-storey and 6-storey bungalows with elevators emphasizes environmental sustainability and human-friendly living. Along the natural waterways, residents can relax amid beautiful views, while houses lining the waterways come with private waterfront gardens. The buildings take a leaf from traditional Suzhou styles and contemporary features endow touches of modernity.

Function

The project, covering an area of about 370,000 square meters including development area of 330,000 square meters, is the first residential community in Suzhou with 3A residential community standards of the state. Designers manage to create a comfortable, healthy and sustainable human settlement with high quality.
