Lanxi International City, Putian

Location

Lanxi International City is located in Putian with mountains, green valleys and rivers forming beautiful scenery. When walking into Putian, people are just like in a cozy green corridor enclosed by buildings. The surrounding mountains form a triangle space making people feel at home.

Planning

The main goal of this project is to create a comfortable environment. Designers try to integrate office, residential and commercial facilites into the natural landscape and human landscape to build a community full of energy and calmness through integrated building blocks, separate circulation systems for vehicles and pedestrians, variouly sized functional areas

Function

The project covers commercial, residential, office and entertainment functions. Mulan River is featured rational distribution for different functional areas on both sides, with fully consideration about the advantages of commercial plaza and the status of the residential and recreational facilities.
